Another Gville Report

Well I will also give my report for this week on Gville. Brother-in-law and I fished Tue,Wed and Friday, Tue we catch all of our fish in 18-20 ft trolling 1/16 jigs with BG and catch 24 with I don't know how many throw backs. We did not keep any under 11 in. We fished from about 10:00 am- 3:30pm. Wed we fished from about 1:00pm-3:30pm and only kept (11) with none under 11 in. We found the fish in 11-15 ft of water on structer. Thr we fished from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm and kept (32 ) all were over 11-13 in. Thr we also found the fish in 11-15 ft on structer and also tried trolling in deeper water but no takers. All were catch on 1/16 jigs with BG.
It is good to see some more reports on Gvlle but please be safe on the water.

How deep were you trolling the jigs whe you were trolling ?? or maybe how fast were you trolling.Either way good report

We were trolling about .6 to.8 on the GPS using 1/16 jigs in 18-20 ft of water but we could hit the bottom at times. Sorry I did not think about pictures until after I put (6) bags of fillets in the freeze. But if it would stop raining maybe we could try for pictures next.

I believe you! The nice thing about an open water tact on suspended fish, no one else can pull up next to you!

Yes they can get next to you while trolling but everyone was very nice on Tue. We were only close when talking and asking what they were using so it was a very good trip. I can not say how deep the jigs were this was the first time trolling in about 30 yrs.
