    I think the gun. I asked her what she was going to use in Tennessee next weekend and she said "I think the gun, it was not bad and it shoots further". She is wanting some horns for the wall now. The shot was probably just luck, be we will take it!

    how old is she? are you not worried the scope will kick back and bust her eye socket?

    well done young lady.......thats a great thing getting your kids involved, I got a 12 year old that shoots & fishes with me alot........lots of good memories and more to come.....looks like same with you and your girl, thats very cool

    She is 6, be 7 in Feb. The main reason people hit there eye is because they get to close to the scope. I have added some items to make sure this does not happen. Plus, this time, I put the gun to my shoulder and she scoped it, moved the gun around, and pulled the trigger. Used my body to take the punishment but the .243 does not have much recoil.
