    Has anyone ever fished Sportsman Lake in downtown Cullman, nice lake , i've never crappie fished there, but should be a very good spot for some hungry crappie

    I have bass fished there but that has been a few years ago. I have seen a couple big crappie caught there too.

    I may be wrong, but I think you are only allowed to fish down the dam. I don't believe it is allowed from the bank at where the pavilions are.
