Took Uncle Leo out Tuesday, we caught about 100 or so between us, fishing from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Heavy fog for the first two hours, but I used my little hand held GPS to get us to a hot spot and it was on from the get-go. I can't tell you how many times that little thing (GPS) has been a life saver. I GPS all the launches, the entrances to coves where they lurk, ect., to get to and fro in all conditions. Anyway, I don't know who was more sore at the end of the day, the fish or us! We wore them out -- and they wore us out. Went by myself Friday (today), it started out slow, I tried a couple of areas they haven't gotten to yet, then I went back to the proven ground, two areas about 2 miles from each other, and got into them again, catching about 60, fishing today from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. They liked the jigs. Schooled them all and put em all back to fight another day. My freezer is full and I have three giant bags for the church fish fry next month, so now's no time to get greedy.
