Crappie Steaks

Well I finally got to enjoy my spring crappie fishing with a great meal Sunday night.I have had several C.C members say they have never had crappie blackened here is the results its was very good eating.:D

okay so please give me the recipe so I can do this with some shellcracker

that is my favorite way as well, my wife orders some seasoning from a restaurant in Mobile or Gulf shores, AL and trust me they are finger licking good. I think is called
ya ya seasoning ( I think the restaurant is called "the original oyster house" )

Its very good eating I like crappieseeker Idea to try them out on shellcracker when we going to go and catch a few I hear there on the beds.:D
