Dag-Nab-It, She Did It Again!

Monday night 8:30, Guntersville causeway, tuffy minnow (I hate tuffies), 3 feet deep. Had to go to Wal-Mart at 11:45 to get truth serum (scales). 17" long, 2#-13oz. The one she caught Friday night was bigger by close to 1/2# - a whopper on the end of anyone's pole. Get this - she caught another one over 2# Monday morning. If you ever need someone that you can outfish in both numbers and size, call me - she has me trained real good! :D I did make her hold it until her arm ached before I took the picture so it would look even heavier!!!!!!:D

My mom does that to me and my dad every time we go fishing, whether it be for crappie or bass.......

Last year in Guntersville I went bass fishing in my boat one morning and caught 2 or 3 bass around 2.5-3 lbs. and came back to the campground for a snack. While I was eating, I watched her catch two 5lb.+ fish off the pier in 2 casts!

And then this year when we were crappie fishing, I caught one around 2lbs. and thought I had the fish of the day, only to turn around and see her holding one that was 2.75lbs. on my cheap scales.

I'm starting to think she's somehow doing it on purpose.......

NJ if you fish North Sauty more, you will catch some like that. I have caught many huge ones in the past there. I think you have caught some like that already and maybe just did not measure them. Some of those I caught last year at the park were like that. Just did not hit the right days this year. By the way BLo, that is an awesome fish and great woman

Thats how it is for me as well. My wife catches one after the other so all I have time to do is measure the fish and rebait the hook for her. As soon as I'm done with that she catches one on another pole and it starts all over again. I've caught enough fish, I just like to see her reaction when she gets one on. Nice pic looks like you got two good keepers there.
