That's a good one regardless. Beautiful crappie!!!

This super early morning went out to search for crappie after the not so successful from past 2-3 weeks.
Not bad about 6-7 crappies, 4 bass biggest one about 3.5lbs and 2 palm size bluegill. Now I hope this is my new PB but too bad I’ll never know the weight or exact length, but I measured from my rod and she is a tad over 16”. I don’t wanna kill any big mama during spawn, I should’ve prepared better, I might bring measurements to the same spot tomorrow lol.
the fish in question compare to my last PB at 2.8lb.

Nope sadly to say not another PB.
The length is there but weight wasn’t that impressive. Went out again caught a little shy of 16” weight show only a little bit over 2 lbs. I thought there might be something wrong with my cheap scale, unfortunately caught a very familiar to me a 4-5lb bass. Put her on scale and a whopping 5.3lb. disappointed, absolutely not, Maybe next time lol.
Impressive catches.
