    I had to post this cake mix up as it is fantastic. Taste, texture, & weight is just like a country cake you would find in the Tennessee Hills. Walmart has the mixes and they are different from the traditional cake mixes like a whole stick of butter goes in, lots of eggs, etc.

    So we did one kinda like a Dobash, I'm going to see if I still have pictures of it. This is over 10 years ago but to put it mildly it Smoked a Dobash. It was so rich we froze 1/2 the cake. Slices 1in wide was too much for me to eat. 6 Layers. We have a tool to cut the cake tops level and I was really enjoying eating all the cake trimmings from the 6 cake layers. If I can find a picture I will post it up.
