    Default Starting another bad habit

No no nothing bad about this lol. So my daughter and son in law bought me a tying kit for father’s day. I broke it out and tied my first. I am afraid if I’m not careful this will get expensive! Lol
I have always wanted to try but never could convince myself to jump in and buy stuff. Well, no excuses now.

Think your addicted now??? Just wait till you catch a fish on you jig, you tied. That's when the addiction hits. And looking at that tie, it won't be long. Congratulations on a very nice tie that should put many fish in the cooler.

Congrats on your first tie. It certainly fun and addictive. It starts slow and then grows on you. I've been tying over 30 years now and still finding new things to try. Hot days of summer are here. Perfect time to soak up the ac and create something for the next fishing trip.

Make yourself a place to keep these early ties after you fish them a few times. You won't believe how fast your skill set grows. Just remember there is no wrong way to create a masterpiece, the fish will help you sort them out. Welcome aboard.
