Hard for me to plan anything with these infusions and other doctor visits for now. I'd love to meet you at the lake for a day of fishing when able.
My brother, 8 years old than I says he has early dementia. His dentist is in Batesville and needs a ride there soon. He lives at Kirby Pines retirement homes in Memphis. Says the home will drive him for the visit for $275. Another resident's grandson will drive him there for $250. Yesterday he offered me a bribe, he'll pay for anything I want up to $250. The week of May 12th is set. Dentist on the 12th, my infusion on the 13th, pump removal on the 15th, dentist on the 16th. Going to be a busy week of driving for me. He's agreed to buying me a 410 shotgun and a sleeve of large pistol primers for the 2 trips.
Well that just isn't right at all. Take advantage of someone in need.
Advantage? Pay backs for his beating my A as a kid. Plus a few other things as we got older.
Do you single pole all year? If so I might be interested. I only fish Enid and usually just during the spawn. I just finished three weeks of vacation and have caught some really good ones this year. I'll still be fishing the next two or three weekends at Enid. Then it will probably be over.
I usually bass fish the rest of year, but would love to learn how to catch them single polling later in the spring/summer. I grew up at Water Valley landing and when I was around 10 and up my dad would back me in at the ramp there. I would skull around the standing timber in front of the ramp and catch them all summer. There not a lot of timber left now. Always wondered if you could do that at Sardis up past Wyatts.
Same as spawn just deeper . lol some never leave shallows as some think . deep trees/ stumps .

I wish I was closer, you have some beautiful spots.
I need to take a couple month trip thru some of the southern lakes.
I probably wouldn’t want to come back here.
