    I’d be extra happy with those! Thanks for the release too, you da man. I spent the last two summers on four bluegill beds and fish like that came from those beds. You’re smiling big after those. I always did. Hope you get time for more before it’s over.

    I don't keep too many during the spawn, no more than a couple from each bed, and when I do it's the mid-size males - just my preference. Don't get me wrong, a meal of crispy fried fresh bream filets is one of the finest meals there is IMO. I scour the shoreline in perspective mode, and mark every bed I find on the GPS. I now have a pretty long milk-run of spots saved, and I run from one to the next until I find fish. Shellcrackers have eluded me the last few trips, though. I'm not sure what's up with that, but I'll be back out looking for them tomorrow AM.

    Stop the presses! New "25 PB today 1.25 lbs 11.25" wow. Another banner day with about 15-20 pigs caught. Kept 5 for tacos. Gotta go clean 'em. Good luck to all!
