Thread: Am I an IDIOT? Tenkara question

I had one that BnM makes.
If I remember it was 24 or 25 ft.
The concept was, once you set the hook you begin to collapse the rod section by section and more or less drag the fish to you.
Sounded logical but not for me.
Can’t remember what I did with it.
Probably gave it away but remember it was over 100 bucks and expensive lesson to learn.
Steve Coleman and Ronnie Capps were promoting them at the time.
Lots of stuff out there are to catch fisherman instead of fish. lol
