    Default Crappie Scents

Any recommendations on crappie scents that actually work or any home remedies that you guys use to add smell or flavor to your jigs?

I’ve used Berkeley Power Bait nibbles in the past when jigging, although I’ve started using Slab Sauce on the crankbaits. I need to switch back to jig fishing to compare the nibbles to the slab sauce and to try both at once. Seeing Slabinator Slab sticks has me curious to try those as well to reduce having to rebait jigs due to lost nibbles.
If I'm not at work or taking kids to their activities, you might find me on "The Rez" fishing. If not there, I could be in the garage working on my boat.

I should own some stock in Berkley , it is almost a why bother visiting the water without some gulp brand glo white crappie nibbles , just saying
I do use the sauce sometimes as well and have tried a few other scents in stick/ball form and paste form as well ....
the garlic varieties seem to be the best in those versions
