    Default Shrimp grits

I haven’t attempted anything different in awhile, so it happened today. Was supposed to be supper, but about 11:00 I got into the DIPA’s,
and put Pandora over on a Zydeco station, just to get in the mood ya know? Next thing you know, I’m cooking. All I’m gonna say is I about hurt myself, and better half even bragged on it… Name: IMG_2961.jpg

That looks delicious! Love me some shrimp and grits! Looks like some that I do. I also make it with crawfish tails.

The best shrimp and grits I ever had was at a restaurant on Sullivan's Island in SC. They baked the day old grits in a triangular cornbread cast iron skillet. Said it was their grandma's recipe.
