    yep a few without scales , heads and guts
    and a few just fileted
    some sure prefer bone in fish ....
    not me so much ....
    how bout yawl ?

    I always fillet them now. Take up less room in the freezer. Used to freeze them in half gallon milk jugs the old fashion way until I learned how to fillet.

    A couple times a year I like bream like that. Mostly filet the rest of the time.

    I put up a bunch of the 9" fish to eat off the bone because me and my son prefer them over fillets. The wife and guests prefer fillets though. Just had some crispy pan fried fillets for lunch yesterday and they sure were good too. heck! As long as it's fried then I love it!
