    MinnKota is doing their job and a bite here n there, it’s all good. Now throw a buncha slimey thug catfish in the mix, it turns into work. Last two trips out I have switched out a bait cause it was drawing too much cat attention

    With me it was always chartreuse.
    Yesterday I pulled one purple with a chartreuse belly. Even worse I think trip before, it was red. But just couldn’t get away from them yesterday. They were mixed in with the crappie and would hit anything.
    Ended up keeping and dressing 11 cat

    Fried up half of em last night. Not good as crappie, but spiced up good, some cocktail and or tartar, they’re better than a poke in the eye. That’ll teach em to jump on my bait [emName:  IMG_2378.jpg
