Thread: The Look When the Wife Finds Out What You Paid for the New Fishing Rod

49 years and mine has never asked what I paid for a gun, a birddog, a boat, or fishing equipment. I have never asked her how much she has in shoes or clothes. She does have more shoes than I have guns, boats, fishing equipment and birddogs.

I used to have a dog that would take just one of the wife's shoes and bury it in the back yard. This dog was smart. He would bury rawhide chew bones in the yard with one end sticking up so he could find it when he was ready! Tight Lines.

Shoes were usually located by searching for the freshly disturbed soil.
