    Yes MCG, that is a Guinea. Looks pretty good showing through like that.

    Have been giving feathers another try after not enjoying working with them in the past.
    Now, I remember why.
    Getting feathers to lay like you want them too seems like a losing battle at times.
    I tried doubling 2 feathers such that they take the curve out of each other, works okay.
    Tried a single feather on some, not bad, just have to accept that one side is brighter than the other.
    Decided stop fighting and let some lay like they want. The fish don't seem to mind.

    Continue to practice tying jigs . Not the prettiest baits , but they will catch .+ Pretty jigs are to catch fishermen .
