    Carp in the Midwest are a delicacy,,,guys fish for those more then largemouth,,,mainly because the6 don’t eat those, but carp they do,,,,deep fried and served with fries a slaw,,,

    Carp have steam , used to fish for them all the time, big ones run like a bonefish....nothing beats a screaming reel ...
