yes sir , I tied one on about a week ago on my mono rod and lost it to the brush FIRST DROP

I tied that one straight to the braid by golly , still have it and it hurt a pile of them

the little perch baits are up for a beating this week or next btw ....
just got permission to toss them in a spot full of crappie that eat bluegill primarily ...
it quite possibly aint gunna end well for them baits or them fish ....just saying

Very nice mixed bag of blacks and whites. We get the mixed here but the blacks run smaller now, almost all the bigger ones are white crappie.

was like that you know , one of those days where I outguessed them .
the moon was right ,the sun was right , the barometer , the wind speed ,the relative humidity ,the clouds and of course like you stated .....jupiter mars and venus came together to form a the bankers dream triad
the stars even formed a faint K A BOOOO M in the night sky ....heck even ole orion whispered go get em ketchn
