Hunting suspended fish in open water takes practice to learn what your looking at . I see guys saying they cant catch any in open water when several of us murdering them that way on same lake . Live scope takes practice and helps to have someone show you the ropes to get started .

Nimrod.. you've probably mentioned before, but do you have your livescope on trolling motor shaft or separate pole?

I'm thinking about selling my xi5 and getting a Minn Kota since I use Birds. I've always used the pole mount off the side, but I think it would be better having it shaft mounted. Less to keep up with.
