Thread: Your preference, Tonys or Slap?

Last Sundays crappie fry was Louisiana Tempura vs Cornmeal flour with Slap Ya Mama seasoning. The Tempura crappie was best when it was fresh out of the hot oil, when both hit the dinner table the seasoned cornmeal rated best but both were really good. Also had garlic slaw, corn bread and sorghum, etc.
