    Four 10inchers caught the other day cooked whole just the way my dad Loved them. And me too! Lunch will not suck today

    I disagree. I like 1/2 to an inch of fish between my breading, then you can taste the Fish!!! I like the big ones cut into pieces.

    Nice meal right there! I tried some whole ones on the grill last night, brushed them down with olive oil and Greek seasoning. Not bad
