I find that both Talstar and Bifen I/T have Bifenthrin 7.9%. Talstar being the major brand, it's $5 per container higher be it a pint, quart, 3/4 gal or gallon.
Bifen XTS has Bifenthrin 25.1%. It's $5 more per container than Talstar.

Wish they could get their science together. Make a product that kills the bugs you want, not all of them. I dust fire ant hills and spray wasp. After a good rain I see the damage both do. I don't use round up. I look for other products without after kill.
Lorsban will get fleas, tics, fire ants, wasps, and termites. It is weak on dirt daubbers. In addition to keeping the fleas and tics off the dog, it also keeps all bugs from the house. We never have any bugs in the house.
Lorsban, at least in the orcharding world is pretty potent stuff. I would definitely read the label and be super cautious with it.

Order processed and shipped 01/15/2018
Arrived JFK, US 01/25/2018. Tracking stops.
Not here yet.
I sent the company an email. First reply was we'll contact the shipper for tracking update. Or, we can reship your order. If both orders show up please refuse the second one. Second reply, here is an update link from usps on your order. Usps hub, MA 8:30pm 02/02/2018.
Debbie got into a walmart link. The question was asked, when will these collars be discounted like years past? They won't, they are a top seller.
My dog, Bitsy was wearing one when she got both Rocky mountain spotted tick fever, and Lyme disease.... They do fine on fleas, but I would do more for ticks..
maybe they'll get there before the bugs get out! aint looking good tho!
