Cooked BBQ chicken tenders and corn on cob last night. Delicious. It's scary what it cooks out of the meat

Well I tried crappie tonight and it was a bust. Cooked a little to long and tasted like baked fish. Was edible but that was about all. I did not have any eggs to wash them in. Even the fries were not done. I will keep on experimenting with it and if it doesn't cook fish like I want then I will use it for the other things that it does a good job on.

I had some bratwurst in the freezer that needed to be cooked so I put them in the air fryer and cooked at 400 for 15 min turning them over around 7 min. They came out delicious. Going to try fish again soon.

Don, continue to keep us posted on your air fryer experiments, very interesting ! Y'all have me interested in playing around with one now. Will probably order one in a week or so after I read up on the different brands / models.

Most of the ones comes with a basket that you remove and add to. They sell for around 90 to 140 bucks. I bought the power air fryer oven that comes with several attachments. It has 5 racks a rotisserie and a revolving basket plus skewers. It was $152.00 on there web site. So far everything has cooked good but I still got to figure out the fish. Going to try them again probably sat.
