    Default Itch'in to get back fishin' (Hey old Friends)


    Man did I fall off the war wagon...lol Sometimes life gets to complicated and you just got to back up and start again. So I figure coming back here is a good move. I'm looking around seeing some familiar faces and lots of people I hope to get to know as well. I use to spend a lot of time here, way back then before I got too busy. Simplifying things now, recently bought new house and went through that moving and getting adjusted stage. I had a lot on my plate that I no longer have now and I'm ready to just enjoy it all again. Sad to say its been since April since I got on the water but coming this weekend I will be back out again. I always had fun here and some great memories from crappie camps. I hope to get a welcome back into the flock, and rebuild some old friendships and welcome any new ones.

    Hope to be posting reports soon, now I have a lot of back reading ahead to catch up on what's going on.

    I haven't been on here in a while either (life does get busy) but welcome back!
    I haven't wet a line since May and I'm getting that same itch! I don't believe we've ever ran into each other on the lake (or on the forum) but I see one of your home lakes is Black Lake. Not sure if you've drove over the Hwy 9 bridge lately but the lake is in a drawdown and for the last couple of weeks the salvania has really cleared up a lot. I've been seeing a bunch of boats at the launches so I'm going saturday to see if I can't convince a few sacs to get in my livewell. Good luck scratching that itch!

    Good to know Mike, I bet I've seen you around just didn't know. Yea I'm keeping up with the drawdown just not sure I want to launch my big boat over there. May have to look into another option, dang hate I got rid of my kayak now. Thanks for the welcome bud and maybe we can get together and set a line sometime🎣
