    Toss some lures out deeper offshore and that's where the females are holding. I know it's tough to do when you are catching these bigun's close in.

    Thanks but for me to do that I would have to move about 300yds out of the cove. This cove as I'm calling it is about 75-100yds wide and about
    400yds deep and only 4'-6' and to tell the truth I'm afraid to move the boat! :-)))))))

    You starting to get more and more healthy fat fish showing up. Your diligence in following Landowners policy of keeping all is starting to show rewards it seems. Nice catch Blackhawk.

    The owner isn't trying to get the bigger though, he just doesn't want them in there!! The lakes are trophy bream and bass lakes but all 3 flow into each other starting at the original beaver pond where they were first. So they're there to stay :-)))))
    You can see the lakes if you go to google earth and put in Pine Lake, Banks Al
