I'm having an issue with my new batteries also. The charger goes to green on all 3 but on one of the trolling batteries it is also showing red. I had the battery tested and it shows good. All of the batteries are brand new.

Try hooking it up to a portable charger. Even tho mine are bridged and have a jumper, my battery on the negative lead to the tm always is the one that is zapped

No, after charging, mine goes to green and at the same time it also shows red, and stays there. I have a green and red light showing constantly at the same time.

Precision Minn Kota charger? Mine flashes back and forth from orange to red when it's really cold out. Not sure why tho. It usually does right when it's being cycled regularly.

Red Means bad battery or bad connection. I believe big c had a issue like that one time and one of the fuse harness was not connected good inside the rubber holder and he had to put another one on and it worked fine

I planned to replace my cranking ,electronics battery today on a 40 horse Yamaha. It's currently size 24. What's more important group size or Mca and rc numbers? Looked at an everstart at Walmart, size 24, 1000 mca, 135 rc for 69$. What y'all think?

I run a group 27 to run my 2 units, bubbler and crank my motor. Depending on how much draw your units take, a 24 may work. Always like to go a little larger than I think I need personally.
