I will Damion. I am very fortunate to have my dad as a fishing partner. He is semi retired so he can go whenever I call. We have been close my whole life. I never take our trips for granted. Good times for sure.

Started off fishing a bluff wall in 20 foot of water. We caught 7 there. We then took a long ride and found the rest of our fish scattered in 8 foot of water.

What lake? And were you using a slipcork and jig or vertical jigging?

Nevermind. Read guntersville. Sorry. Missed that. Heard they're doing good on 69 bridge.

Guntersville. Cast and retrieve. Extremely slow retrieve.

That's an awesome trip with your dad!! My favorite fishing partner is gone and I miss him on those type of trips. Pretty cool that you got into the whites that heavy on the Big G, like you said pretty unusual. I have been told that early in the life cycle of Guntersville, that was mostly all they caught and then gradually over the years as the water continued to clear and clean up with the vegetation, the blacks started taking over. Congrats on a great trip, and thanks for the report!
