I have no input as I still run a 2 stroke. Friends have had them and I was surprised at quiet they were running hard. Talk in a normal voice while zooming down the lake. Have to look back and see the stream to tell if it's running. One was a 200 Honda and I was impressed with it on a 20' Lund.

And by the way, Hi. Haven't spoken with you for quite a while. Hope all is well out your way. Doing good here.

Doing good bud. Hope is going good down south with you. My motor on the boat now runs great but being on Reelfoot Lake (90%) of the time I can't run it and the low speed loads the carbs up. I cant make my mind up. But the 4 strokes I have seen I have been impressed with.

I have a 60 Suzuki four stroke..It is my first 4 stroke and it has made me a believer.. Quiet, dependable and it will idle all day and never miss a beat.

Yep, 40hp 4 stroke Yamaha here. When pulling cranks I use the big motor. Crank the motor when unloading at the ramp, fish 6 - 8 hours turn it off when it's back on the trailer. Only thing makes noise is when we put the umbrellas up, it amplifies the peeing sound from the outboard... Lol.. no complaints.
