Chickamauga Lake report...11/17/16
A fishin' trip on the lake with Debbie this afternoon. A very warm day to enjoy despite the smoke around from wildfires. We caught crappie fishing blowdowns and around schools of shad mostly in sloughs. We used Bobby Garland and Panfish Assassin 1/32 and 1/16 oz. jigs with our best crappie a little over 13.5 inches Deb caught on a PA Lil' Dumplin in the electric chicken color. Water temperature touched 67 degrees toward the end of our trip and most of our fish were caught in about 8 feet of water.
