Good fish. I went 2 weeks ago with Couyon, my neighbor. We caught 2 small non keepers. He went to the same place today. Caught 4 reds, 1 drum, a flounder and about a dozen trout. Figure I must have been a jinx.lol Can't see one of the redfish. Hope you don't mind me posting the pic. By the way Couyon is a new C.c member. For Mike's sake I will say they were caught S/E of Houma in the marsh.

Good bag of fish D, love trout filets. Been a while since I had any, and will probably be longer as my boat doesn't go to the salt.

As I was loading my boat some guy came up talking to me, said he was from Kansas ......
Said "This is the "Redfish Capital of the world " ain't it ?????
I had to laugh, told him that place would be Louisiana, just a bunch of hype over here
to get business for guides ......
"Teach a man to fish = he can feed himself "
"Teach the world to fish = you won't have any fish left to eat "

I sure miss them days. It you did that here you would be under the jail. Houma, Cocodrie and Cutoff were our places of choice in fall and winter, then Grand Isle for spring and summer. Great catch.
