    Good post, thanks for sharing!

    One thing that seems to help me on the catfish when filleting. Same procedure as you but instead of using the fork I grab the "tag" end with fingers or skinners and work it opposite of the knife, kind of a back and forth motion.

    hehe! Yeah, this one turned out well. Usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas I take a break from making videos. Probably start back up after Christmas. Bought some winter gear from REI so I can fish all winter. I missed a lot of the fishing season last year messing around with that mud motor build.
