Man! I haven't had salt pork in years! Remember my Grandparents used to have it all the time. I liked it when they dipped in flour and fried til crispy. Didn't much care for it cooked with greens and all jiggly and stuff.

Here's the deal.... Starting next Monday the speck fishing will turn on..... Winds will be normal..... Lake will settle down..... And the moby specks will jumping in the boat!! That's my prediction and I'm sticking to it!!!
