    Default Henderson

Henderson is currently like a pond. Both control structures are closed and the lake has reached equilibrium. There is no current in the lake and that doesn't happen very often. The gauges at the Pontoon Bridge and Pelba differ by 0.2 feet, therefore one or both are off. I suspect that the Pelba gauge reading should be increased by 0.2 feet. When fishing now you should use the same techniques as when fishing a pond or impoundment.

Thanks Cajun....I can't remember the last time I fished a pond so don't know the particulars of doing that....I just go and drop my shiner in the water and wait...I do watch the pelba gage every day.....I'll be at Henderson in the morning at daylight dipping a shiner or two....

Yes the coves are full of gators. But that means they have fish in there. They not going to stay in a area with no food lol
