    Just a note: Golf Cart Batteries like the Trojan T1275 (and others) come in 12V so you do not have to use two 6V to get the 12V (or use 4 to get 24V) you need.

    That is correct, but the stats he showed me on two 6 volts vs two 12 volt golf cart batteries was significantly higher for the 2 6 volts. I should have mentioned that the 6 volts were taller than my group 31s and I had to modify my hold down clamps.

    You need to pull the batteries and have them "LOAD TESTED". There may be a bad cell amoungst the batteries.
