Does not matter to me. If everyone wants BBQ, I will have my big smoker with me. Can do Boston Butts, fast easy and cuts out that 2 hours of cooking time for fish. Throw some Slaw and baked beans together and we have a meal. Would even make up the BBQ Sauce, I make mild and med. As at times my Hot is hotter then some like.so I just make it spicy.
Can also do some Chicken for the ones that can't or don't eat PORK. Can also do the baked beans on the smoker also. So that would give others time to fish and visit. And not be tied up cooking.
