When I was a kid, I got a ticket for no duck stamp for standing beside a boat ramp at McIntyre with a duck call around my neck. Warden said I was either going hunting, or coming back from hunting (He was correct, hehe). I had no gun, shells, decoys, or boat. (They had already left in another pickup). Decided to try to fight it in court (I was a teenager and still stupid). JP ruled with warden and I had to pay the ticket......... Moral is: If you are around hunting and fishing, you better have the proper paperwork or be prepared to pay later.
