    Default The Big River Adventure


    I had the pleasure of meeting these guys today that are taking a once in a lifetime adventure on a homemade raft made from recycled materials and trash. Suzuki loaned them a 25hp engine and they banged up their prop pretty bad. They called me and I so happened to have one in stock. They came over and bought it and explained what they were doing. They left St Paul, MN., and are headed to the Gulf on their recycled raft.

    I've encountered a lot of canoes and kayaks over the years on the Mississippi making the trip end to end, but don't know if I ever seen a rig like that. Good luck to them!
