Good report Ray. Hate that the bite turned out to be slow s I know you would have liked to get Jeff on some good fish. The praying hands, well I know nothing about where they come from

I'm probably going down this friday night. I went last Sunday and couldn't buy a bite but i need revenge so may go again this friday. Be nice to know a couple of other boats because if one gets on them we could radio the others as to where they are feeding. Seems like you find the fish feeding you catch your limit pretty quick.

I was just wondering if someone could fill me in a little bit on the 5 n done rule. So if there's 2 people on the boat fishing together does that mean they can attempt/possess 10 fish instead of the 5 or is it 5 per boat. And I'm under the impression that you can try to release all the fish but you just can't keep fishing anymore after the limit. Correct?

The 5 and done applies to each angler. When you catch your 5 you are supposed to quit fishing. They are out there watching with binoculars to catch people that do not stop fishing. Yes you can release fish but they would rather you keep them especially if they come up from 59 to100 ft as the mortally rate is high. Released fish applies to you 5 fish limit.

I will attest to that they do watch you from binoculars. In fact they like to blend in with a jon boat. They were at the towers on sunday PM.

also like sinkermaker said, the chances of them surviving this time of year is like 10%, that's why they don't want you culling them.

No not during the summer months. Once you catch 5 your done.
