Chevy55, if you have never tried House Autry hushpuppy mix (with onions) then I suggest that you do. For many years my wife prided herself with her made-from-scratch hushpuppie mix loaded with onions and peppers (and they were really good too) but every since I was turned onto this House Autry mix that's all we've used since. Theyre some GREAT puppies and I recommend anyone that hasnt tried them to go get a bag and see for yourself.

All I use as well. I use their seafood breader on the fish.
