Hey Brettw, I got to play with The Marine Band during President Reagan's inauguration. I was a high school trumpeter at the time. Would you have been there?
I had played with some well respected orchestras by that time and I remember that I was amazed by The Marine Band's impeccable timing and attention to details in their music. I have never heard any better musicians.

I played Reagans 2d inauguration , 1984? I've never been colder, the actual give went indoors, Capitol Rotunda ,
Played the Inagural balls that night
