The seat is a Millennium Marine B100. Best seat on the market. Like sitting in a recliner. You can sit in it all day without back pain. Contact E-Z on this Board, he'll fix you up!!

Not so sure about a recliner , but its the best seat I've found. Its wide and fits well to the body. I made me a couple holders too. Pretty simple and basic. Few $$ on PVC. For sure correct on how much it helps on the heat! Worth every penny.

Armyman, how much wind will that set-up take before it has to come down. I've already had a couple of crankin days where we about melted. The umbrella would be a welcome addition to my bay boat. Thanks for the info.

Thanks looks shady (in a good way)! I will have to figure out how to mount the umbrella in the center of my 2015 pontoon without screwing it up. LOL. I also need to get some of those offset pedestals for my pontoon. They have the seats jammed up against the front. Can't hardy move. Problem is that it has those large different type pedestals/bases. Will need to look in to that.

I've been in up to 10mph (no gusts),
    After that....dunno! I'm coming in
    over 10!

I used the table base and the tube for the sportsbrella. I put some foam in the tube so it wouldn't move around. As far as the seating goes mine is a little cramped up so I was using the offset post but I just recently got one of these bases.

I think this is going to be much better. I will be able to sit wherever I want.

The offset posts have a nasty habit of trying to toss you over the side. the little clamp on fans from wally world are nice but every time I go there will be enough wind that I never use them. Thought about working a misty mate into the equation. The sportbrella makes all the difference in the world on those 95 degree days. brella, fan and misty mate all going and might have to take along a light jacket.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
