Default ONE LAST HOO-RAH WITH THE MAN WHO STARTED IT ALL..

My brother-in-law & I gave it all we had for a week fighting the wind most of the time. We fished Crescent (1) day, Woodruff (1 1/2 day), Monroe (1/2) day, & Harney (3 1/2) days. Didn't kill them any 1 day, but managed a few good'uns along the way. He's bringing 30 lbs. back to Boise, IA. with him. He was able to hoist a 2#er at Crescent, along with a 10# plus cat, we actual caught 3 cats up at Crescent crappie fishing. Woodruff had the biggest fish a 2 1/2 #er & Harney produced the most numbers. Had a great week with the man who introduced me to crappie fishing in the early 90's, we've come a long ways from the days of cork & minnow ...hope to spend many more outings when his wife retires in a few years & they become snow-birds a few months each year, til' then God Bless & safe travels Rick.

Don't know why photo's couldn't be rotated...Sorry...were right side up on computer.

Great report Jeff, looks like the fishing was good even though you didn't have geezer breezes.

I dream of a week off like that where I could fish different places everyday, seems like I always

get a couple days in but some kinda chore or event gets planned for me.
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
