    You may be on to something "D" for Friday night.....instead of having a big pot luck on 2 nights (Friday & Sat.), do burgers, chili dogs & chips on Friday night and the big pot luck on Saturday.....baked beans sounds good also.....lot less work and clean up....so what would we do Thursday night....what do you folks think.....

    I'm with Tal on this. I think we need to keep the fish fry. I'm not opposed to having it on Thursday night for the shrimp peeling party though (that is as long as I can keep supplying the shrimp).

    Absolutely, sorry if I was misunderstood.....my suggestion was we leave Saturday night the same....I was just agreeing with "D" that we might want to reconsider how we do Friday night.....we would still do something on Thursday night....

    Would be easier to just do that on friday and skip the big potluck. Guess we could do the mexican on thursday.(Pepe's) We only have 11 months to figure it out. Let's get cracking.
