Just tough it out. If you wanna learn how to fish the wind, you must go when it's windy!!! At times, and with the proper gear, "The Wind Is Your Friend"!!!

Fair weather fishermen struggle at the tourneys. You don't get many perfect days when tourney fishing. It's always tough it seems. I see guys post tons of fish week in and week out, but on tourney day, they struggle. You can't cherry pick the good days when fishing tourneys. You gotta fish good weather or not if you want to be successful. If you never go when it's tough, you'll never learn how to fish or adjust to the rough conditions. The guys that learn and adapt to the weather are always near the top of the heap at weigh in regardless of the conditions. Learning to adapt to the weather is what separates the men from the boys.
