Thats why i came south in 1994................had put in my share of repair work in
frost-bite climate - only go North 3 times a year to visit kids and friends - don't
stay longer than week due to fear of catching a cold and bronkistis. (lung problems
caused when you stay in a bubble (persay)with high humidity level year round.)
