    Them are some nice fish hotwater. We are going to go try Oconee in the morning. I hope the wind slow down before in the morning. The weatherman is calling for 6 mph.

    With all the rain today would Richland be the place to be out of muddy water or was it not to bad out there today. We are going in the morning and it will be first trip out in a 4 months or so

    The whole lake is stained,more on some parts than others.Richland is about the clearest and down by the dam.

    We are going to put in at Armour Bridge ramp in Renolds Plantation. The water seems to clear up faster in that area.

    I would fish Richland. I doubt today's rain will change it much.

    Default Richland is very muddy....

    I fished RC Thursday and it was as muddy as I have ever seen it in the 35 years I have fished it. Fished Sandy Creek and caught mostly undersized fish. Plenty of bait fish though. Fish were in the cove mouths.

    Had boat trouble around 1pm and left. Ended up with 1 3# striper and 5 crappie 3/4-1# that were released at Long Shoals ramp.

    Soon as I know one of those rascals are on a line I grab the spool and snatch the rod breaking that fish off. They sure can make a mess.
