When we cook for a group that size we use 3, 2 of which hold 17 gallons and one that holds 12, once the grease gets hot you can rock.
Last spring we had a smokers pot luck and to me it was the best food we have had at any camp gathering, simple and easy and you don't have folks stuck at the cookers.
Whatever is decided is good with me, hope to be there and if I am able to will do what I can to help.

I asked for suggestions last month. Rusty said we always have fish. We had smoked shoulder/picnic last spring. No one brought another suggestion up. So I went with fish.
We have members that bring their smokers to camp and a few good crock pot cookers among us. We want to go for shoulders, it's fine with me. I can bring a smoker and have a picnic or 2 cooking. Someone may want to bring a picnic and use someone's smoker. As early as we eat it would have to be cooked friday, partly cooked friday/night and finished saturday morning.
Debbie use to put a picnic in the crock pot in the morning. After work remove the meat from the rest. Add some BBQ sauce and cook for about an hour. It was good and juicy. A facebook friend always post crock pot meals. She posted a peach cobbler made with a cake mix, I'll try it.

Just make your own plan like you want it and lets go with it.....and end all the confusion....then make up your supply list and it will all work out. I will PM you a copy of old supply list and you can remove what we do not need.
