    sorry to hear that.... loseing a pet is very hard

    Looks like he loved being out on the water with ya. It's hard to loose a family member pet and I know you have lots of great memories of him. So sorry for you.

    Todd I'm sorry to hear the news. I've heard of a couple of Dachshunds that broke their backs that way, usually jumping down off of something like a sofa or chair. Even though he barked at me last time we met I don't hold it against him. I'm sure he will be missed.

    So sorry for that. I hugged my dachshund extra hard after reading this. He looked like a great one.

    Yeah it's rough to lose a part of the family. Had to put my yellow lab to sleep he had cancer and nothing they could do for him. Sorry for your loss.
